Got the recipe from my great grandma but added some vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for My polenta

1 stock cube
1 cup water
1/4 cup cornmeal
2 medium whole tomato
1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 red onion
1 tsp garlic
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for My polenta

  1. Make the cornmeal using the stock cube

  2. After the cornmeal is made add the veggies spices and cheese.

  3. Simmer for a while, then let cool.
