Recipe Ingredients for My pita recipe and my new bread

5 cups white flour
2 tbspns olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast

Recipe Directions for My pita recipe and my new bread

  1. 2 and half cups warm water

  2. 1 tspn dry yeast

  3. stir together so yeast activates

  4. pour in cups of flour, up to 5, one cup at a time until thick unstirable paste is made

  5. sprinkle in salt

  6. sprinkle olive oil

  7. let sit for hour and a half and rise

  8. punch down

  9. bake in sheets

  10. dough will store up to 5 days

  11. makes 16 servings

  12. the flatter you roll it the crispier your pita will be!
