1 1/2 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup spinach
1/3 cup peas
1 carrot, chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped

  1. Place romaine on plate

  2. add spinach

  3. then add peas, frozen works really well if you're going to let your salad sit in the fridge for a few hours before eating
