Recipe Ingredients for My Pad Thai

200 g rice noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
8 cloves garlic
2 egg
176 g tofu
4 tbsp peanuts
1/2 cup tamarind
4 tbsp oyster sauce
55 g dried or salted radish
30 g preserved black bean

Recipe Directions for My Pad Thai

  1. Prepare noodles.

  2. Crush garlic. Crush peanuts to small chunks. Cube tofu.

  3. In wok, heat oil and sautee garlic.

  4. Add tofu, peanuts (and dried crushed chilies if you want).

  5. Add noodles, tamarind (pureed), oyster sauce, radish and black bean. Mix gently but well.

  6. Make a hole in the middle of the noodles and crack the eggs into the hole.

  7. Stir egg until cooked, then stir cooked egg in to noodles.

  8. Serve with bean sprouts and chives.
