Just a few things I threw together for chicken fillets.

Recipe Ingredients for My Own Chicken

480 grams chicken breast fillets,boneless and skinless
1/2 teaspoon garlic,minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chives
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 cup soy sauce,low sodium

Recipe Directions for My Own Chicken

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Marinated in zipper bag for 45 minutes.

  3. Best when grilled or broiled.

  4. Leftovers great for work lunch.
