5 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (chunky or smooth) 1/2 C Dry Oat Meal 1/4 C Oat Flour 1 1/2 C Vanilla Protein Powder 1 tsp Vanilla 2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed 1 C Non-Fat Dry Milk 1/2 C Water (more or less) 1/4 C Craisins

Recipe Ingredients for My No Bake Protein Bars 2

5 tbsp Peanut Butter
0.75 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3 serving Kinetix Vanilla Bean Protein
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Golden Flax Seeds
3 serving GV Dry Milk Powder
0.25 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for My No Bake Protein Bars 2

  1. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well. Add peanut butter and mix - the mixture will be crumbly and dry. Add water & vanilla.

  2. Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula mix everything until a dough forms. The dough will be sticky. Spread dough into pan using a clean wooden spoon or spatula that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Refrigerate a few hours (or freeze one hour) and cut into 9 squares. Wrap bars individually (use sandwich bags or plastic wrap) or store in container between sheets of wax paper. Keep refrgerated (can also be frozen if not to be used within 3 days).
