Simple plain macaroni salad. 1/2 cup per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for My Mom's Macaroni Salad

12 oz. macaroni
1 cup diced celery
5 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for My Mom's Macaroni Salad

  1. Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions.

  2. Allow macaroni to cool.

  3. Chop eggs.

  4. Mix mayo, milk, celery seed, salt and pepper well.

  5. Add celery and chopped eggs to macaroni.

  6. Add dressing to macaroni. Mix well.

  7. Chill before serving.
