2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp toasted wheat germ
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cups egg substitute
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
