Great enchiladas. Each serving is 2 enchiladas.

Recipe Ingredients for My Mom's Enchiladas

1 lb. Hamburger
1 Salt
1 dash garlic powder
1 Chili Powder to taste
16 oz tomato sauce
8 oz water
24 corn tortillas
12 oz Velveeta Cheese
1 lb American Cheese

Recipe Directions for My Mom's Enchiladas

Brown hamburger. Add salt, garlic powder, chili powder. Add tomato sauce and water and simmer 10 minutes. Fill tortillas with cheese and onion (optional). Line in pan. Cover with ground beef/tomato sauce mixture and extra cheese. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
