Recipe Ingredients for My Momma's Meatloaf

2 lb 95%, 5% meat
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup 1% milk
1 egg
8 slices ham
1 1/2 cups reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for My Momma's Meatloaf

  1. Mix meat, breadcrumbs, egg and milk in a bowl until blended. Lay mixture on parchment paper and flatten. Place ham on top of meat and add cheese. Roll into a log and place in a baking dish. Close the ends.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
