1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 2 eggs 2/3 cups milk 2 tsp. salt 1 small onion 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 12-16 saltine crackers 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp prepared mustard 4 slices bacon

  1. Mix all ingrediants together, top with extra ketchup and bacon

  2. Bake for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins at 350.
