My no carb interpretation of my mother's meatloaf.

Recipe Ingredients for My meatloaf

1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 large egg
19 g bacon
1/2 cup whole milk
100 g chopped onion

Recipe Directions for My meatloaf

  1. Mix ingredients. Put through a grinder if you have one, otherwise mix thoroughly.

  2. Shape into a loaf

  3. Drape bacon on top of loaf

  4. Place into an oven safe pan

  5. Cook 45 minutes or until browned and done.

  6. Rest 10 minutes

  7. Serve with potatoes and gravy and veg of choice.
