A leaner, very tender version of a classic. Spice it up as you like.

Recipe Ingredients for My Meatloaf

1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb lean ground turkey
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c uncooked quick oats
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for My Meatloaf

  1. Combine all ingredients well.

  2. Shape into two loaves.

  3. Cook at 350 until done, about an hour.

  4. Can be frozen before or after cooking.
