These are my meatballs. They have a lovely flavor! These go great in the meatball soup base!

Recipe Ingredients for My meatballs

44 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
3 serving Eggs White Grade A Large
3/4 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
4 oz Grated Romano Cheese
16 oz Breadcrumbs
5 clove Garlic
1 small Onions
2 tsp Rosemary, Dried
6 tbsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for My meatballs

  1. Mince the garlic and onions.

  2. Place in bowl. Place the meat in the same bowl.

  3. Add the eggs along with everything else.

  4. It is now time to get dirty! Start mixing the meat with your hands. Do this heavy mixing for about 5-10 minutes. Until the spices are incorporated and the meat is holding together.

  5. Start to roll the meat into balls. For the soup I make these a bit smaller. For spaghetti I make them a little bigger.

  6. Place a large fry pan over medium heat. Spray with a little coat of nonstick spray. Just of the first batch.

  7. Brown on 3 sides.

  8. Then add to a dish of choice, or place in oven and finish cooking them if you just want to eat the meat balls on their own.

  9. Enjoy!
