Just something I quickly mixed together to go with pork chops.

Recipe Ingredients for My Mashed Potatoes

375 g Potatoes
1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
1 tbs I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
56 g Shredded Low Fat Mozzarella
125 g California Blend

Recipe Directions for My Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes until they are soft

  2. Drain potatoes and then put in a bowl with milk and butter and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

  3. Cook vegetables and lightly mix in mashed potatoes

  4. Put everything in an oven safe pan and drizzle with cheese.

  5. Bake until cheese is melted at about 400 F
