Made this up one day, my husband is a fisherman and brought home a tonne of halibut. I usually have cod cheeks instead of scallops, but those don't appear to be in caloriecount db, scallops are roughly the same calorie content.

Recipe Ingredients for My Manhattan seafood chowder

8 cups vegetable broth
6 carrots
78 oz tomato sauce
1 lb baby potatoes
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
340 g prawns
340 g scallops
2 lb halibut

Recipe Directions for My Manhattan seafood chowder

  1. saute olive oil, 6 cloves garlic, 1 onion

  2. Add 2 boxes vegetable broth

  3. Add 1 frozen pack halibut, 1 pkg scallops, 1 pkg prawns

  4. Bring to boil

  5. Add 6 carots, 3 tbsp Mrs Dash garlic and herb

  6. Add 3 jars tomato sauce

  7. Add 1 pack baby golden potatoes

  8. Bring to boil

  9. Simmer 30 minutes
