Recipe Ingredients for My Lunch Salad

2 cups spring mix lettuce
1/3 english cucumber (chopped)
2 tablespoons olives (diced)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Recipe Directions for My Lunch Salad

  1. Put lettuce in bowl

  2. Chop cucumber, olives and tomato, add to bowl.

  3. In a separate, small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, pepper - whisk well with a fork.

  4. Dress salad with dressing.
