Recipe Ingredients for My Low-Carb Chicken A La King

1 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
7 medium mushrooms
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 black pepper
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup white wine
2 tsp. corn starch

Recipe Directions for My Low-Carb Chicken A La King

  1. chop onion, peppers, and mushrooms

  2. cut chicken into bite size pieces

  3. saute the onion in half of olive oil until transparent

  4. add salt

  5. add peppers and mushrooms

  6. in another pan, brown chicken breast in other half of olive oil

  7. add to onions, peppers, and mushrooms

  8. add wine and simmer, covered on medium heat 20 minutes

  9. add sour cream and stir

  10. mix cornstarch into milk

  11. add to chicken and vegetables

  12. stir until sauce starts to thicken

  13. add grated cheese

  14. add black pepper to start
