I tried to beef this up as much as possible. It has protein, fiber, and simple carbs. Easy to combine in a bowl and go.

Recipe Ingredients for My Loaded Mexican Chili

1 serving Goya Low Sodium Black Beans
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Broccolini -- Baby Broccoli
16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
4 tsp Taco Seasoning
1 1/2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for My Loaded Mexican Chili

Brown meat, seasoning and simmer for twenty minutes with corn, beans, and broccoli in one pot. Cook rice separately, mix in one bowl. Makes about 4, 1 cup servings.
