Recipe Ingredients for My Lighter Baked potato Salad

16 tbsp Sour Cream
4 oz Light Mayonnaise
0.75 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
10 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
4 slices Microwave Ready Bacon
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for My Lighter Baked potato Salad

Boil or bake potatoes until cooked. Dice and add to bowl. Crumble cooked bacon (4 slices) and add to bowl. Chop green onion (1/2 cup Heads only) and add to bowl. Add 3/4 cup 2% sharp cheddar cheese. In seperate bowl mix 1cup light sour cream, 1/2 cup light mayo, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 tsp paprika. Mix well and add to bowl containing other ingredients. Mix well and give couple hours in the fridge before serving for best tatse!
