Recipe Ingredients for My Lazyday Cabbage Rolls

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 cup cooked brown rice
6 cups cabbage, coarsley chopped
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup water
1/2 cup mild salsa
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for My Lazyday Cabbage Rolls

  1. In a skillet, cook meat and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender.

  2. Put cabbage in bottom of a 9 X 13 cassarole dish. Cover cabbage with meat and onion mix. Sprinkle cooked rice over meat and onions.

  3. In a bowl, mix together water, tomato soup, salsa and pour over cassarole.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
