Recipe Ingredients for My Lamb Mince Patties

650 g minced lamb
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 small eggs
1 Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
3 1/2 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for My Lamb Mince Patties

Mix together all ingredients. Add herbs such as rosemary, thyme, chives. Knead well until mixture is sticky and forms a palm sized pattie. Make patties and refrigerate for approx. 20 minutes before frying on medium heat until golden brown.
