A wonderful lacinato kale and root vegetable soup.

Recipe Ingredients for My Kale Soup

3 cup, chopped Kale
2.5 cup slices Parsnips
2.5 cup, cubes Turnips
2 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
0.25 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for My Kale Soup

  1. wash and slice leeks bulbs and lower leaves, sautee in olive oil

  2. peel and cut parsnips and turnips into chunks, add to saute

  3. wash and chop kale and add to saute

  4. add 2 tsp sea salt and 12 cups spring water

  5. bring to boil, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes to one hour.
