I invented this cake! it must be light! I assume!

Recipe Ingredients for My invented cake!

8 large Egg, Yolk
7 tbsp, unsifted Sugars, Powdered
200 grams Fat Free Yogurt Plain
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
25 grams Whole Grain Total
2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for My invented cake!

  1. whisk egg yolks with sugar until white

  2. add yogurt, olive oil and orange zest

  3. add flour gradually and whisk until even

  4. add the crushed cereal

  5. save some for the top

  6. butter the pan and add some flour so it wouldn't stick

  7. back for 15-25 minutes!
