BAKED POTATO WITH A SAUTE VEGETABLE FILLING

Recipe Ingredients for MY HUNGARIAN GOULASH

2 medium POTATOES
400 grams CABBAGE
1 RED PEPPER
2 small ONIONS
5 MUSHROOMS
1 tablespoon OLIVE OIL
2 teaspoons SOUR CREAM

Recipe Directions for MY HUNGARIAN GOULASH

  1. Bake Potatoes in oven for around 45mins to 1 hour

  2. Cut up remaining vegetables

  3. When potatoes have 20 minutes left, heat up oil in saucepan and saute onions until clear

  4. Add remaining ingredients and continue to cook on low heat until potatoes are ready

  5. Serve vegetables inside potato with a small dollop of sour cream
