1 fruit without seeds Lemons
2 can Tuna, White, Canned In Oil, Drained Solids
2 cup Beans, Great Northern, Mature Seeds
0.5 cup Parsley

chop onions, sprinkle with some lemon juice. Drain oil from tuna, put in bowl. Add beans, stir gently. Add onions, herbs, lemon zest and juice, tabasco to taste. Chill - serves 4
