Home made, with own beef stock, fat removed,water, and little salt Serving Size 2 cups

1 lb Beef roast
1 Onion
15 oz tomatoes
15 oz corn
15 oz green beans
15 oz red beans (cooked)
15 oz peas
1 cup strips or slices
4 idaho potatoes
1 tbsp Salt

Recipe Directions for My Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup

  1. Use left over roast (pulled into strips)

  2. pour off juices in red beans and corn

  3. put in other cans with liq to inhance flavor

  4. chop up onion

  5. peel and chop potatoes into bite sizes

  6. add all ingred into large pot

  7. cook until potatoes are tender

  8. add salt to taste
