1 medium Mushrooms
1 oz Carrots, Baby
2 beans (4" long) Beans, Snap, Green
1 1/2 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/5 cup diced Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin

Recipe Directions for My Homemade Chicken Vegetable Soup

Saute onion, garlic, bell pepper, celery, mushrooms. Add seasoning of choice. Add boneless, skinless chicken chopped to bite size, saute till not pink. Add Stock, stir to mix, bring to boil. Add potato, carrots, green beans. Simmer 1 hour.
