Recipe Ingredients for My high fiber pizza dough

4 cups flour, AP
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (or instant yeast)
1 tsp salt
1 tbl honey (or agave nectur)
2 tbls wheat germ

Recipe Directions for My high fiber pizza dough

  1. proof yeast (active dry) in stand mixer; add all other ingredients tog and knead for approx 5 - 8 minutes

  2. let dough rise till dbl in size, punch down and either roll out and use or freeze dough ball

  3. bake dough at 450 degrees!
