AP flour, white wheat flour, and flax seed

Recipe Ingredients for My healthy pancakes

1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup white wheat flour
1 egg
3 T. canola oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T flax seed

Recipe Directions for My healthy pancakes

Combine dry ingredients. Mix egg and milk together and dump in to dry ingredients. Stir lightly (leave a few lumps). Cook till golden brown on lightly oiled griddle. 3 4" pancakes per serving.
