1 cup almond breeze unsweetened 101653
1 cup apple sauce, unsweetened 87334
4 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup flax seed
1 servings margarine 120800

Recipe Directions for My Healthier Pancakes

  1. 1. Mix Wet.

  2. 2. Mix Dry.

  3. 3. Mix Dry into wet.

  4. 4. Melt 1 serving margarine into pan over medium.

  5. 5. Place 4 1/8 cup dollops of batter into the pan.

  6. 6. Cook until bubbles appear.

  7. 7. Filp for a couple more minutes.

  8. 8. Repeat 4-8.
