My dad's hamburger, bell peppers, onion & jalapeno w/dijon mustard, and a bun :)

Recipe Ingredients for MY Hamburgers

6 serving 98% lean ground beef
5 serving Hamburger Buns
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
3 serving VIGO ITALIAN BREAD CRUMB
1 large Egg, Whole
5 serving Dijon
1 Teaspoon Soy Light Sauce
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for MY Hamburgers

combine diced onion, orange bell pepper, and a finely diced jalapeno in a small skillet long enough to cook till almost temder. add that to the raw hamburger a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of worcestershire 1 egg 1/2 cup of italian bread crumbs and 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard. form into 6 patties cook med-med/well place on a hamburger bun. Enjoy! :)
