1 Banana 1 1/2 C Fozen Tropical Fruit 2 oz Nutiva Hemp Protein 50 2 TBSP Ground Golden Flax 4 oz Baby Spinach 1 1/2 C Silk PureAlmond Milk

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 1/2 serving GV Frozen Tropical Fruit
1 serving Nutiva Hemp Protein 50
1 serving Ground Golden Flax
3 1/2 cups Organic Baby Spinach
1 1/2 serving Silk Pure Vanilla Almond Milk

Recipe Directions for My Green Protein Smoothie

Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour half of mixture into glass to enjoy immediately. Pour rest into a jar and place in the freezer for later.
