Recipe Ingredients for My Greek Pizza Topping

2 tbsp tomato paste, garlic flavor (1/2 small tin)
190 g cheese, Kraft 4 cheeses italiano, grated
71 g spinach, fresh baby, (microwave, squeeze, chop)
1/4 cup red pepper, sliced thin
150 g kalamata olives, pitted, sliced thin
168 g feta cheese, goat, crumbled
4 tbsp oregano, fresh, leaves only

Recipe Directions for My Greek Pizza Topping

  1. On one large, thin pizza crust, spread RED tomato paste to cover thinly.

  2. Spread with shredded WHITE cheese.

  3. Microwive GREEN baby spinach for 1 minute, squeeze dry, chop fine. Spread spinach bits around on top of shredded cheese.

  4. Slice RED pepper and arrange on top.

  5. Slice BLACK olives and arrange on top.

  6. Slice GREEN oregano and spread on top over all.

  7. Bake in middle of oven for 9 minutes, on pizza baking tray. Then slide pizza off of tray onto oven rack and bake until crust is browned and cheese is melted, about another 9 minutes. (takes between 10 and 20 minutes overall). Remove from oven, cool, slice into 6 pieces. When serving, drizzle individual slices with Olive Oil, or Udo's Oil, if desired, and enjoy !
