my modified granola recip, minus fruits

Recipe Ingredients for My Granola

4 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for My Granola

  1. Preheat the oven

  2. Mix the wet ingredients.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients.

  4. Stir wet into dry.

  5. Spread on greased pan and bake for 1 hour stirring every 20 minutes.

  6. cool complete and store in airtight container
