0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 tbsp chopped Onions
10 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
30 g Newman's Own Lighten Up Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 oz Carrots, Baby
2 cups Romaine Lettuce

Recipe Directions for My Garden Salad

chop peppers, carrots, onion. Halved tomatos. Mix with lettuce and dressing. May serve alone or with chicken, salmon or shrimp.
