Recipe Ingredients for My Frittata

84 grams, 6 slices, canadian bacon
85 grams, 1 cup, shredded hash browns
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups Egg Beaters
56 grams, 1/2 cup Italian cheese
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for My Frittata

Chop the canadian bacon. Use cooked shredded hash browns (leftovers work well). Mix the canadian bacon, hash browns, onion, green pepper, egg beaters, Italian cheese, garlic and hot sauce. Pour into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with shredded cheddar and bake an additional 5 minutes to melt. Let it stand for about 5 minutes before cutting.
