4 1tsp Olive Oil
2 large Egg, White
1 medium Tomatoes
1/2 small Onions
4 olives Kalamata Olives
3 dash Salt, Table
3 dash Pepper, Black
5 grams Peppers

Recipe Directions for My Fried Egg Whites

  1. - Slightly heat the olive oil in a pan

  2. - Put all ingredients (except egg white) and stir for 1-2 minutes on high temperature

  3. - Add the egg white, turn to low temperature, and leave until egg whites are dried

  4. - Bon Apetit
