yummy french toast. kinda high in calories, make sure you fit it in.

Recipe Ingredients for my french toast

2/3 large Egg, Whole
2 slice Sandwich Bread
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
39 ml Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 tsp Becel Regular Margarine
2/3 serving aunt jemima butter flavoured syrup

Recipe Directions for my french toast

  1. spray pan with pam or other cooking spray. heat to just about med high heat.

  2. while pan is heating beat egg with milk and vanilla. dip bread on both sides into egg mixture and put into pan. repeat with other piece of bread. cook for about 3.5 minutes on each side. put desired amount of butter and syrup on. serve with cinnamon and fruit. enjoy!
