Recipe Ingredients for My Favorite (Sometimes) 3 Bean Chilli

5 medium Mushrooms
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
140 grams Onion Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
400 grams Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
160 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
420 grams wattie's salsa chili beans medium
500 grams Broccoli

Recipe Directions for My Favorite (Sometimes) 3 Bean Chilli

  1. Saute the onions in the olive oil untill soft and then the rest of the veges as well.

  2. Add canned tomatoes, beans, corn, and vege stock as well as chilli powder to suit your taste.

  3. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until desired consistancy.

  4. Garnish with yogurt and fresh cilantro. Can be served in a bowl. on toast, in a soft taco or burrito. The versitality is one of the things I love most about this recipe. Experiment with different veges and different types of beans
