Recipe Ingredients for My favorite scrambled tofu

1 tsp sunflower oil
2 tsp olive oil
100 g tofu
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/3 cup onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup peas, frozen
1/4 cup corn, frozen
50 g red pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for My favorite scrambled tofu

  1. chop the pepper and the tofu.

  2. heat a pan and pour the sunflower oil. Once it's sizzling, add the tofu and the turmeric. Toast them and then put them in a separate bowl.

  3. Add the olive oil, onion and garlic and sauté them for a bit till the onion is nearly transparent.

  4. Add the corn, peas and chopped pepper and let them cook for a while. Then add the tofu and the salt and mix.
