Full of good-for-you stuff and very filling!

Recipe Ingredients for My Favorite Salad

8 oz mixed greens
1/2 red onion
6 oz cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb green beans
4 oz goat cheese
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for My Favorite Salad

  1. Blanch the green beans and cut into small, one inch pieces

  2. Toast the walnuts

  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes

  4. Thinly slice the red onion

  5. In a large bowl mix together greens, onion, tomatoes, greens beans, crumbled in the goat cheese.

  6. In a small bowl mix together the vinegar, oil, and honey

  7. Pour vinaigrette over salad

  8. Top with walnuts

  9. Enjoy!
