Recipe Ingredients for My Favorite Granola

12 cups uncooked oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup dry milk
1 T. cinnamon
1 1/2 t. salt
1 cup light olive oil
1 1/3 cup honey
1 T. vanilla
2 cups raisins
2 cups nuts

Recipe Directions for My Favorite Granola

Combine Oats, coconut, flour, milk, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and mix well. In a saucepan, heat the oil, honey and vanilla until just warm. Pour over the oat mixture and stir well. Spread in a thin layer on 2 to 3 large cookie sheets and bake at 300 for 45 - 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool. When completely cool, stir in nuts and raisins. Store in air tight container.
