variation on Libby's famous, yummy, high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, not too bad on fat and calories. I use fat-free sweetened condensed milk, but it wouldn't come up on the browser.

Recipe Ingredients for My famous pumpkin pie

1 prepared pie crust
14 oz can pumpkin
10 oz sweetened condensed milk (fat free)
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
1/4 t cloves
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for My famous pumpkin pie

  1. preheat oven to 425

  2. thaw crust, roll into pie pan

  3. combine all other ingredients well

  4. pour into crust

  5. bake at 425 for 15 minutes

  6. reduce heat and bake 45-55 minutes at 350
