Recipe Ingredients for my excellent homemade granola

4 cups rolled oats
1 cup cashews
2 cups unsweetened coconut
2 cups sliced almonds
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup honey
1 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for my excellent homemade granola

  1. pre-heat oven to 350

  2. combine:

  3. 4 cups rolled oats

  4. 1 cup cashews

  5. 2 cups4 cups rolled oats

  6. 1 cup cashews

  7. 2 cups unsweetened coconut

  8. 2 cups sliced almonds

  9. 1/2 cup canola oil

  10. 3/4 cup honey

  11. put onto baking sheet as thinly as possible

  12. leave in oven for aproximately 30-40 minutes, stirring well every 10 minutes until golden

  13. put in large bowl and cool for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally

  14. add various dried fruits
