Recipe Ingredients for My enchiladas

1 lb Ground beef 93% lean
20 oz Mild Enchilada Sauce
16 oz refried beans
10 oz Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce Medium
1 small taco seasoning
76 g colby jack cheese
2 oz Casera Medium Salsa
94 oz 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
7 serving Flour Carb Balance Soft Taco Size Tortillas

Recipe Directions for My enchiladas

  1. cook beef, drain, add 10 oz can of medium enchilada sauce and taco seasoning, when all is mixed well add refried beans and the salsa.

  2. coat the bottom of a lasagna pan with a thin coating of mild enchilada sauce, divide meat mixture evenly between 7 tortillas...add colby jack cheese roll up and place in pan.

  3. pour remaining mild enchilada sauce over enchilada.

  4. sprinkle with 4 cheese mexican blend.

  5. cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
