One of my favorite mexican dishes

Recipe Ingredients for My enchiladas

1 lb ground turkey breast
8 oz enchilada sauce
8 oz cream of chicken soup
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
10 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for My enchiladas

Brown ground turkey. While browning meat, take tortillas and roll with shredded cheese into enchiladas and place in a large baking dish. Once meat is browned, drain any fat and add can of enchilada sauce and can of cream of chicken soup (I also like using cream of mushroom). Heat together until it begins to boil. Pour sauce mixture over tortilla wraps, then top with shredded cheese. Place in oven, heated to 350 degrees, for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
