Recipe Ingredients for my eggs benedict

1 egg, poached
1 1/2 tbsp black beans
1 1/2 tbsp petite diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 slice Canadian bacon

Recipe Directions for my eggs benedict

  1. poach eggs

  2. on plate, place canadien bacon and spoon black beans and tomatoes on. Once egg is poached, place on top with mustard.
