1 c peppers
1 onion
3 slices ham
2 T basil
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for My egg dish

  1. brown onion, peppers, ham in oil until soft

  2. add scrambled eggs

  3. stir

  4. cook until firm on bottom

  5. flip in sections

  6. cook until firm

  7. sprinkle cheese evenly on top
