Excellent. Very hearty mushroom flavor, can also use chicken broth if you want.

Recipe Ingredients for MY Cream of Mushroom soup

2 lbs. mushrooms, chopped fine
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup flour
3 cups beef broth
1 1/4 cups milk
6 tablespoons butter

Recipe Directions for MY Cream of Mushroom soup

Melt butter, saute onions until soft, add mushrooms, cook 5 minutes, add flour, stir well until combined, add beef broth, cook until soup thickens, add milk, heat through. Enjoy
